Electronic document management and control

With ConSense software solutions you can use and administer management systems completely electronically. The existing system can be adopted 1:1. All processes within your management system, such as initial, subsequent, sub or sub-processes, can be integrated as desired and linked with each other.

Uncomplicated import of different document types

ConSense solutions enable you to easily import a wide variety of document types and integrate, manage and control them in the respective process steps. This includes Microsoft Office and OpenOffice documents, PDFs, CAD drawings, images and videos.

Transfer of existing links in case of version changes

Links referring to specific processes or process steps are always - i.e. even after modifications, changes and the possibly associated change of the version status - automatically linked to the currently valid, released process or process step. This means it is not necessary to generate a new link.

Automatic archival of old revisions

The software automatically archives old revision versions and makes them available to those responsible at any time. Changes in the documents are indicated by colour markings and references to the revision.

Template creation for QM documents

You can easily create templates for QM documents such as manuals, process descriptions, work instructions, checklists or forms. If a printout of a document is required, a special formatting of the respective released version is possible.
