7th North German Quality Day - virtual QM expert gathering 2022

QM practicioner conference goes online on 14 June 2022 

With two exciting keynote lectures, many best-practice examples and an extensive workshop programme, we present the 7th North German Quality Day. With contributions from top-class speakers, our well-known industry get-together offers plenty of room for expert discussions and highlights current trends and developments in quality management.

The 7th North German Quality Day will again take place virtually on 14 June 2022 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.. The event has been organised jointly by the German Society for Quality e.V. (DGQ), the German Society for the Certification of Management Systems (DQS), the trade journal QZ Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit and ConSense GmbH. 

Our participants can look forward to a unique forum that will share comprehensive methodological knowledge in quality management across all sectors. Choose from the numerous workshops on offer and compile your individual conference programme.

Best practices from the QM industry

This year brings a special feature: our programme includes two keynotes. In the first keynote, the Hamburg Police will present its new complaints management system, while the second keynote will focus on professional error management.

The workshops are focused on practical implementation, knowledge transfer and direct exchange.
