General Terms and Conditions of the ConSense GmbH

Since February 1, 2019 transactions with customers of ConSense GmbH are carried out on the basis of the GTC of BITKOM in version 2.1, which is based on recommended conditions of the German Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media (Bundesverband Informationswirtschaft, Telekommunikation und Neue Medien e. V.; BITKOM), which have been approved by the Federal Cartel Office.

System of the GTC of ConSense GmbH

a) Modular System

The General Terms and Conditions of ConSense GmbH represent a modular system according to the templates of BITKOM. This modular system consists of a general "Basic Module" - the General Terms and Conditions of Contract (AV BITKOM) - and specific "Service Modules" (contract types). The AV BITKOM Basic Module regulates cross-cutting issues (such as liability and performance disruptions) for all Service Modules in the same way. The Service Modules and their specific controls are based on the Basic Module, so Service Modules cannot be used alone, but only the Basic Module and the respective Service Module can be combined.

b) Abbreviations
